Iconic Ideas Unleashed, LLC (IIU) was created to assist students, teachers, staff, and administrators reach their full potential through mentorship, training, workshops, and motivational speaking series. It is imperative we “begin with the end in mind” and educate, expose, and support our next generation of leaders as they grind to become doctors, lawyers, nurses, entrepreneurs, and managers of small and large corporations. The first step in being ICONIC is to set realistic goals and create steps to achieve them. Life is all about creating yourself and developing a “circle of influence” to aid in attaining your wildest dreams.

The IIU family will mold and strengthen key competencies that you currently have including critical thinking. You will experience strategic and intentional influence to promote you to the next level of success. I am confident that my team will provide a nurturing learning community and safe space that will not only challenge you but supply you with the formula to success.
